We won’t have a progress post for December because we decided in November to take this month off. We were both burnt out trying to meet the bank’s (very reasonable) demands and feeling like it would be nice to enjoy the holidays. Also, no guilt for not getting some project or task done- YAY!

But never fear loyal readers. We recorded two videos to show the status and progress of the house and what is considered to be a ‘bank approved’ re-saleable house. This first floor video (narrated by Jim, camera work by me) can be your early Christmas present. We’ll have the second floor next week to round out 2020.
