Second verse, same as the first. Last week we posted the video tour of the first floor. This week, we’re back with the second floor. A lot has changed since our last video tours (Right after moving in (OMG I cannot believe we lived like that!) and Drywall stage).

Coming up soon Jim has promised a full blog post with a complete budget breakdown- so be on the lookout for that. YES! We closed on a traditional mortgage in December so we’re no longer beholden to the bank for any of our construction loan terms. It was a very nice early Christmas gift they gave us.
